Unstability in the dressing room i.e. Lukaku situation or contract situation doesnt happen to teams that are challenging for the title or Champions League. When they’re challenging for top trophies , they’re as stable as they can be. Cause they want to win together.

Not trying to not blame Tuchel , hes part of it as well. His stubborness in substituions and game plan has also contributed to the downfall this season. He needs to evolve as well. But I still feel hes our best asset.

We’ve been watching Rudiger for 5 years , the guy weakness is back4. If people have forgotten , Conte got him to play in the back3. Atleast now we can buy somebody who can fit the back4 and give more freedom to our attacking players.

Currently , we have no option but to back the man. He wants Dembele , get him. He wants Kounde , get him. I feel in someways Rudiger and Christenson ( who i never rated) leaving is a good thing. As we can get defenders who can help us switch to different formations. Like 4-3-3.
