@shoppersstop This is not about the exchange request. It is about the new order placed on 26 June. One item got cancelled and the other is still in processing. I have never seen any online shopping vendor taking so long just to process the order!
@shoppersstop This is my second order and the same thing again. Why is it still in processing. What's the point of taking customer's money if order is not going to be processed quickly. Then vendor will not be able to fulfill just because you didn't process the order and it went out of stock! We select the items after spending a lot of time. A single "sorry, we won't be able to fulfill the order and the amount will be refunded" doesn't suffice. Please improve your system especially during sale.
@shoppersstop@andy__says Same issue for me bro. They take the money and then say the order will not be fulfilled. Why even list the products when you aren't able to fulfill them! Happened twice in a row.
It has been high time now. First the return request was raised. Then I was told it will be cancelled and a new exchange request will be created. This has not been done till now! Pathetic service and customer harassment at its peak. I will be filing a complaint in the consumer forum as I have had enough.
@shoppersstop I have received a bigger size shoe but I don't see another size when I try to process a return. I have already mailed the pictures on 22 June and talked with customer care. How long does it take to review! Why is a customer not allowed to replace it with a smaller size in the app!
@shoppersstop I had asked for an exchange but a return request has been created on call. Please cancel the return and raise an exchange request with UK9 size. If there is any confusion, call me on my registered number.
As shown clearly in the app, why would I replace UK10 shoes with UK10! Try to understand the problem first before giving scripted answers. Please take this matter seriously as this seems like a deliberate attempt to prevent the customer from replacing items.
Also, it has already been more than 48 hours since I have raised this concern.
@shoppersstop I had placed an order on 19 June but one of the items is still showing in processing. The amount is already deducted then what is taking so long to process the order. I contacted the customer care but they keep repeating training based answers. Give me a timeline on when the order will be processed. Disappointed!
@ringkeindia@Ringke_Tech I ordered this cover for my phone on 20 May. Within 3 weeks it has turned dirty. I took utmost care and washed it as well but the stains didn't go away. I am really disappointed with the quality even after spending a premium on a case.
