There’s something that is going to become a HUGE story again, once the Biden administration is proven to be illegitimate because of the STOLEN election in 2020.

The AUTO PEN.

Biden was suffering severely with dementia and was never in control of his campaign or administration.

That’s why the AUTO PEN was used throughout his administration, for signing bills into law, nominating judges and giving pardons.

When the 2020 election is PROVEN stolen, everything that Biden did, will be deemed illegitimate.

But that’s not the whole story on the AUTO PEN.

Did you know the AUTO PEN has never been challenged in court?

The Supreme Court has never weighed in on whether the AUTO PEN for “signing legislation into law” is Constitutional.

Isn’t that kind of important?

Do you know which president determined in a legal counsel memorandum that the AUTO PEN was “legal for signing legislation into law?”

President George W. Bush.

But even though his own legal counsel told him in 2005 that the AUTO PEN was legal, Bush never used the AUTO PEN to “sign legislation into law.”

Question:

Does anybody really think Biden knew what he was signing or even doing as president?

He literally needed a list, with pictures to know the order of reporters, to call on with provided questions.

He needed help exiting the stage after speeches.

His entire administration was carefully managed to hide the fact that Biden had no idea what he was doing.

But it was still obvious.

There were times when he was asked about a bill he signed that he didn’t know he signed and refused to believe it.

As I have said for years now, Trump helped Biden win the 2020 democrat primary, just so that stuff like corruption and the AUTO PEN could be exposed.

Bush’s legal counsel endorsed the AUTO PEN for signing legislation into law, but it was Obama who first used it for that purpose.

Anybody remember the three bills that Obama used the AUTO PEN to sign into law?

He extended the Patriot Act in May 2011.
He signed a government funding appropriations bill in November 2011.
He signed the American Taxpayer Relief Act in January 2013.
All signed with the AUTO PEN.

There is still a criminal investigation into the Biden AUTO PEN scandal.

What are the odds that it’s part of the broader conspiracy to steal the 2020 election and will be FINALLY challenged in court.

Trump has used the AUTO PEN for “correspondence” just like some past presidents.
But there has been only two presidents in history, who have used it to sign legislation into law.

I think a challenge is purposely being set up by Trump at the Supreme Court in order to set a permanent “safeguard” for the future.

ONLY a duly “elected” president of the United States, can physically sign a bill into law because they alone represent the peoples choice and their elected representative in the Executive Branch.

The President isn’t “appointed” they are “elected” by the people.

This coming challenge at the Supreme Court, will help PREVENT another mentally incapacitated puppet from being installed, while their minders control the levers of power.

Another MASSIVE BLOW to the unelected bureaucrats in the deep state who think they are the real power behind the government.

People often use the argument “we shouldn’t do X, because the Dems will do the same the next time they win”.

These people don’t seem to get it. There’s not going to be a “next time”. If we implement voter ID and secure elections, the Dems will never sniff the White House again, and their party will effectively cease to exist. Without their fraud, they cannot sustain even close to enough support to compete.

This is not just about winning the 2026 election, it’s about permanently driving an illegitimate Party and evil ideology from our nation.

🇺🇸 California Governor Gavin Newsom dropped the diaper contract Friday night.

That's the classic move. Reporters have clocked off, nobody's watching, and the story dies over the weekend.

The $6.2 million deal went to Baby2Baby, a nonprofit whose CEO sits on the board of a charity started by Newsom's wife.

State records say it was non-competitively bid, so nobody else got to make an offer or undercut the price. It's already been extended by another $12.5 million.

Where the cash goes: $3.89 million on diapers, $750,000 shipping, $610,000 warehousing, $917,000 on 12 employees.

Republicans are asking why the state needs a middleman at all when California or the hospitals could just buy the diapers themselves.

Watchdogs want a full audit of how Baby2Baby got picked.
