1. You need more than water. Look for drinks with Electrolytes and Carbs @drinkNOOMA
2. You can hydrate with watermelon, tomatoes, strawberries, etc.
3. Check the toilet! Light lemonade is 👍 Coca-Cola is 👎

Aerobic Flow Mentality is back this week and better than ever! Bring a friend and a pair of running shoes tomorrow (Thursday) evening at 6 pm to CrossFit Mentality and get ready for a great workout and some much needed mobility. See you there!

🗣Aerobic Mentality at Crossfit Mentality TOMORROW (Thursday) at 6:00pm. We are going to be talking about foot contact and positioning this week to help eliminate nagging running injuries and improve speed and stamina!
We will be meeting for a run today at Chagrin River Park through the Reeves Rd entrance (3100 Reeves Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094) at 1:00pm in the main parking lot. We will head out for an out and back run and then get some good core work in! See you all then!
