@HarryDecker16 3 Just to say though, we also do CPD training throughout the year for major incidents and other stuff so everyone is up to date, not sure if other event companies do this but it's a minimum requirement for us.

@HarryDecker16 2 are on scene to hand over to, at which point we will either be directed by YAS or act as runners etc. FR should be the absolute minimum at any event to be able to handle initial triage and care, just FA trained is not enough. Maybe I'm wrong, but my honest opinion.
