Interpreting requests reasonably matters!
Recent decisions remind authorities to take a broad, reasonable view of FOI requests. Interpreting requests too narrowly can mean relevant info is missed – leading to further searches, reviews and appeals.

Horrendous air pollution in villages around the Ladybank site last night with smoke increasing into homes.
Entering the 9th day of this fire and it continues to pour out smoke and fumes.
🚨 The SG have today informed me that they will appealing to the Court of Session regarding the issue of what legal advice should have been published in quoted thread below. This will be their 4th appeal to the Court regarding J Hamilton/Hamilton connected cases.
The Presiding Officer is not responsible for the content of MSPs speeches/contributions.
Not sure how the new PO thinks he has the power to compel what they say at all.
