@katracey1@CharlieMoloney@LucyGoBag The conviction is based on evidence and points to prove, not political beliefs. They will have given their mitigation before sentencing. All convictions can have aggravating factors applied for sentencing.
@katracey1@CharlieMoloney@LucyGoBag They were not tried or convicted if terrorism offences, the links to terrorism was used as an aggravating factor for sentencing….many things can be used as an aggravating factor for sentencing, such as racism, domestic related, carrying a weapon etc.
@antmiddleton@UKLabour You were convicted of s.39 Criminal Justice Act - Common Assault against the female officer, to assault, you only need to put them in fear of violence (battery), that is sufficient. You have a conviction of assaulting a female and the fact you try to minimise it is disgraceful
@TheStatsSaint You broke the rules, and were ejected from the playoff competition….a punishment, which was far from unreasonable….as in most situations, you cheat in a competition, you get ejected!!
@candres82@Amorimnismo Soccer comes from an abbreviation of Association Football to Assoccer then soccer, it’s never been the official name, only ever a nickname. Its full name has always been Association Football since 1863.
@LoboBlancoRMCF@Amorimnismo Assoccer and soccer were nicknames given in the same way as rugger was a nickname given to Rugby, it has never been used as an official name for football within the UK. Its official name has always been Association Football since the formation of theFA in 1863.
@Chrisjames2508@morganhmoore1 Shift enhancement is 10% per hour for hours worked between 8pm and 6am, so at £28k would be £1.35 per hour or £13.50 for a night shift….if they do 6 night shifts in a month, that’s £81 per month or £972 per year in shift allowance!!!

@RinKGumi@WrexhamCanada From this yr it’s the new SCR rules - 85% revenue can be spent on 1st team and £33m additional funding spread over a 3 year period. Favours teams with high revenues…opens up what Wrexham could spend (so long as revenues continue to grow at same rate) compared to the previous PSR
@SouthamptonFC Whoever’s making the decisions on how Saints are handling this, is making a complete hash of it! You can’t take responsibility for what’s happened & at the same time deflecting and minimising your involvement. Just hold your hands up, accept responsibility with full contrition!
@Fiona__CL@BurnsideWasTosh@Artemisfornow Only problem with that is that constitutionally they are not public servants, rather elected officials, which makes them uniquely different to public servants as public servants are employees, whereas MPs are not classed as employees.
@AndreiACDC_ENG@LeeAndersonMP_ ‘Serving our country’ is not about deployments, but about having joined, completed training & signed on the line/taken the oath of allegiance. Plenty of full time never get near a combat zone, plenty of TA/reserve do - they were many deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq.
@HKFinalThird I don’t think a points deduction would be for the 25/26 season, as it’s already concluded. If there is a points deduction, it would most likely be for the 26/27 season….in the same way as Southampton’s 4 point deduction will be applied to the 26/27 season.
@andyj198383@MorgannWXM I think he looked more inconsistent and made more errors after he came back from injury. Maybe wasn’t 100% fit and off pace, which affected his game a bit? I think once fully fit, there aren’t many at this level that will match him.
@kirkelwood2@ceraliza S54(1)(b) protection of freedoms Act 2012, needs intention of parking a car there for the purpose of restricting movement of the other vehicle, rather than simply parking on her own drive, as entitled to do so. If the other party is unduly inconvenienced, that’s their problem.
@wrextothemox@racecourserambl Likewise, never quite that sure, but I think 1 Jan 2005 woukd be for the 25/26 season? They woukd be 21 before the start of the season and 22 by the end of it, so wouldn’t be under 21 at any time?
@wrextothemox@racecourserambl Might be wrong, but I think he would count towards the squad as he’s already 21? He was born 04/2005, think for U21 next season will be born on or after 01/01/2006
@bursarbrown@craigyjones17@Wrexham_AFC I really don’t get this love of fashionable or pretty football…I want the team to be playing winning football, that’s not always pretty and sometimes involves just grinding a result out!
@Jayfuz I think I’d want to keep Arthur, Dom, Matty and Harry (put out on loan for another year), and look to move the rest on…which for some will be really sad as some club legends who have been a huge part of the journey.
