Worshipping with the folks at St. Marks Troy on Palm Sunday afternoon following the tornado that hit near the church. Life, love and hope prevail. Not too soon for an Easter song!
Spending the day with some amazing folks planning and creating a framework and curriculum for christian formation for young people in our diocese. Amazed at the gift of imagination and the power of the Holy Spirit.
@itinerantpriest Glad you saw a storm on the lake. I was shocked at the quickness and fury of the wind, all due to geography. Makes the Gospel stories of the storms so much more understandable.
@Msahdev @jeffwfisher As a new priest I used my left hand to offer blessing. After service someone confronted me in sacristy, “I saw you using your left hand, are you one of those liberals.” My reply, “no I am left-handed.” He walked off. You cannot make this stuff up.
I'm thrilled that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have asked Bishop Michael Curry to preach at their wedding. @PB_Curry is a brilliant pastor, stunning preacher and someone with a great gift for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

Scott Gunn "when a millineal goes to church its not due to peer pressure as it was in the past. They go because they want to. Its the inspiration of the Holy Spirit."
After post Easter nap went to grab some pizza and a beer, sat at the bar, ending up having a conversation about God/faith/religion with some spring breakers, invited them to church—completely unexpected, there’s something to this evangelism thing. #confessionsofaladypriest
#Diocgc18 what a blessing to be part of this Diocese. We paused the business of Convention and then packed 50,000 meals for the hungry. Closed with Eucharist surrounded by the boxes we are sending out full of food and love
