There’s a large swath of incompetent executives who were promoted into roles they have no business due to woke ideology.

I think it’s nonsense to pigeon hole people based on sex, race, place origin, etc. With that said, I’m also not naive to the fact that the NBA is 90% black.

Biology + hard work, consistency & commitment yield strong results in whatever competency. We have an entire class of people who might work hard or really care about their role—- but they aren’t leaders— & when they try to act like leaders, it’s even more clear.
