Testing of heroin has shown that they have been mixed with a dangerous synthetic opiate called Nitazene. Nitazenes may be 100 x more potent than heroin and can be at least as potent as fentanyl. Nitazene's have also been found in drugs sold as oxycodone pills and Xanax powder.
