The attempted PIT seen in the footage did not cause the crash, it was attempted earlier in an area without pedestrians.

@Sheilaaliens Direct Edition (without barcode) was sold in a Comic Shop that had a direct business relationship with Marvel. The Newsstand edition (with barcode) are rarer to find in good condition and were originally sold by stores that don't exclusively sell comics.
