We have been busy on the Train Engine Project over the recent weeks fitting things from the supercharger and alternator to the exhaust intake and the transmission cooler. Starting to see everything come back together :)

We have been busy over the last few weeks sealing the engine and bringing it back to stamford to place in our new clean work area. We would like to thank everyone at wellingborough for their help! We have also fabricated up a stand for the engine to sit on to carry out work on.

This week we saw the result of the successful seven-week workshops at Stamford Junior School and Malcolm Sargent Primary School. They tested their own-built electric go-karts on the time trial circuit and drag race course 🚗

2/2 We could not source a cam bushing installation tool for our small cam engine, so we manufactured on in our tool room to fit

We have recently visited our Wellingborough engine plant to start our engine rebuild. We have made some great progress on parts such as the engine block, con rods, liners, pistons, cam bushings and the crankshaft. We would like to thank everyone for their help! 1/2
