For a company that prides itself on making everyone feel welcomed and at home, our Thanksgiving experience was far from that. Cracker Barrel, I truly expected more. Please make the experience you promote a reality for every customer. Do better.

It’s disappointing that @CrackerBarrel ruined our Thanksgiving meal and felt that offering only two free meals was an adequate apology. We placed our catering order on November 4th, yet when we arrived at the Hot Springs location,

the manager told us our order didn’t exist — even though we had an email confirmation and order number. Being told “there’s nothing we can do” and offered only a single to-go plate — nowhere near what we originally ordered — was unacceptable. No thank you.
