@virginmedia@MartinSLewis have you had a lot of people contact you about shoddy customer service with @virginmedia I have never experienced anything so bad and looking at comments their adverts get on social media it seems like there are plenty of others
@virginmedia never known such poor customer service. I have called 4 times since the 7th August and spent over 4 hours on hold to be fobbed off by somebody telling me I will get a call back within 48 hours. Still not heard anything!!
@virginmedia Why should I go out my way to follow your apparent methods when your company can’t be bothered to call me back after numerous promises included when the call apparently cuts out during a call. #hadenough

@virginmedia You can when you block my number and therefore my only method of communication. If you read the @ICOnews website it clearly states you have to take subject requests over social media.
@virginmedia So I follow your advice and call you once again and now my number has been blocked. Seems strange I put the pressure on your staff to do something after 3 months and then they remove my ability to contact them.
