Can Am HD10 with air is generally a MF to change the oil filter element on. Cut the rivets and remove the section of half ass skid plate over the front drive shaft and there it is. HD 9 and 11 are easier to maintain. Remember secondary oil plug on HD11.

@Okie_Rancher It doesn't always have a happy ending. Some are just too stupid. Some calves end up being good robbers...which can sometimes cause more problems.

In case anyone is interested, this camper was purchased a year ago. Was a 2019, got it from a dealer. Insurance only paid almost exactly half of what it was purchased for. Probably fairly typical American Family. A hail damage claim on a pickup was also kind of a joke. We've dropped a lot of insurance coverage so far, plan on dropping a lot more. Increased liability, though.

Our crew with 3 rvs were headed east towards Oelrichs. Hell of a wind and hail storm got one camper. Almost got the second. The motor home hung in there.

@KathyFortune9 For sure. I think when you have a collision claim they generally get it back from you within 7 years anyway. Just my hypothesis. Not so much with comprehensive.

@SamaHoole Years ago I remember seeing loads of donated polyester clothing dumped in a canyon on the Pine Ridge Reservation. West of Manderson, in Wounded Knee district. I hope that crap like that at least makes it to a designated landfill, now.
