Huge shoutout to Emily & other staff at the @CourtyardHotels Windsor. I’m super pregnant, ordered on Doordash & my dasher stole my food. I started crying in the lobby because, hormones…Emily came over to console me & comped me a meal from the bistro. Good people are out there

The new customer plan was $45/mo - manager told my mom it would have to be $100/mo - she just lost her main source of income and is still grieving the loss of her husband and this manager was being a massive jerk. @Xfinity needs to do better

So we go and find my dad’s death certificate, turn in all the equipment, and close my dad’s account. We then tried opening a new account under my moms name with her banking info, and the manager refused to let her join as a new customer because “she’s had their service” @Xfinity

Wow @Xfinity could not sink any lower. I went in with my mom today to cancel services for my dad because he passed away and get my mom set up as a new customer with her own account. They couldn’t do it without a death certificate, the obituary wasn’t enough…okay I get it…
