Re: feeling safe - reminds me of something @Keirwales said at the OT Show - we teach students to put themselves by the door so they can leave if they need to....as if we are the only ones in the room who might feel unsafe and like we need to get out of the room.

The "norm" of exclusion criteria for no reason other than under resourcing & a growing belief of staff that they can't work with certain diagnoses/presentations rather than looking at the individual.
