@BSCChicago Do NOT trust these people with your loved ones! They leave my 90 yo Grandfather without a caregiver multiple times a week with no replacement caregiver. They call last minute to say no one is coming and the caregiver they send has been caught napping multiple times!

They try to get away with doing basically nothing - vacuum has been “broke” according to the regular girl and this week when she called off yet again the replacement they did find miraculously was able to vacuum up a mess no problem with the “broke” vacuum!
