1/3 The Health, Wellbeing and Nutrition (HWN) domain on the @AfricanCities (ACRC) Consortium in Kampala was represented by @CHASE-i’s Maria Ssematiko among other domain researchers paying a courtesy call to the local community leadership of Ggaba
2/3 This was before joining in a community transect walk at the Ggaba landing site which is heavily affected by floods and other development challenges.
2/2 As the Learning Partner on this cross-border project, CHASE-i shared learnings harvested over the project period. Our indefatigable Programmes Manager @AndeOmoding also conducted training on Learning and Innovation for all project partners in Uganda and South Sudan.

As partners on the COMPASS project which ends this year in December 2024 we are reviewing project status, milestones, gaps and strategies to finish strong.
The data collection training for the 'Extent and Nature of Food Advertising to Children in Uganda' project, also known as the Face U Project, is happening right now at Makerere School of Public Health in Kasangati!
