A native of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Coach Swiderski brings to SBA Clubhouse a player-first philosophy built on hard work, accountability, and attention to detail. In addition to leading our hitting and infield development across the academy, Matt will

Coker University (NCAA Division II) in South Carolina, where he helped lead the Cobras to a SAC Tournament appearance his senior year. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Sports Management Concentration) and a Master’s Degree in College Athletic Administration

He continues to contribute to the game as an Associate Scout for the Cincinnati Reds, specializing in player evaluation and development.

As a former standout at Daytona State College, Swiderski was a JUCO All-Star and Academic All-American, later continuing his career at

Swiderski’s coaching experience extends into the Florida Collegiate Summer League, where he served as head coach for both the Seminole County Snappers and Deland Suns, and as an assistant coach for the Leesburg Lightning, where he captured the 2021 League Championship Title.

Falcons to rank among Florida’s top programs in batting average and on-base percentage every season. Under his leadership, the team also earned multiple NJCAA Academic Team of the Year Awards, showcasing his dedication to excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
