about 3 months ago, i decided that whenever i replace a car part at home, the mechanic must keep the replaced part or if he does it in his workshop, he must bring to me, the part he replaced.

been compiling replaced parts for 2 months now and once they’re much, i would take to those scrap sites and resell there.

as a matter of fact, i just sold the headlight of one of the cars that was replaced , weeks ago for 84k, today.

prior to now, i would have left it for the mechanic and he’d have made money from price of part bought(his gain), workmanship and even the replaced part being sold.

to those of you with cars, if it’s not too much hassle, adopt this method too.

Racking up 481k miles on a 2019 RR is insane.

2019 Rolls Royce Phantom 6.75L twin-turbo V12 with 775,404 km (481,813 miles) on the clock.

The car got a full service history.

The engine,turbos, and transmission are still original. No major repairs were done to the vehicle.

The soft close mechanism on the drivers door got replaced once.

The vehicle’s service interval is 16,000 km (9,941 miles), so it needs to be serviced every two months.

The first 4 years were covered by Rolls Royce.
