For our domestic skills demo this week, we will be highlighting the mechanics of hearth cooking. We will be hard boiling and then frying up eggs for scotch eggs, and baking cornbread. The demo will take place at 1 p.m. on April 18 in the brick kitchen at Historic Brattonsville.
