We serve as a key housing provider for students, providing alternatives to market-rate housing and limited available dormitories. Our rental offerings cushion the blow for students, with rents staying consistently 15% under market rates and rising only 9% during the same period.

Portland is in a housing crisis and we see it everyday. For students, the direct results leave them stranded and unable to focus at school or work, but it's not the only problem. As discussed in our May webinar, awareness is a key issue, and we need to create it.
CHNW hosted a festive event at @Oaks_Park rollerskating rink this past week. As you can tell, a good time was had by all and we're looking forward to more summer events with all of our residents and teammates before autumn begins! 🛼

July is National #MinorityMentalHealth Awareness Month. Basic living needs play a major role in mental health for minority students who may already be struggling with the financial costs of a college education. A way to help relieve this struggle is to provide affordable housing.
