An emergency repair is anything that presents a safety concern or real danger to you or your home, including major damage to the building, flooding, faulty electrics, no heating, lots of mould, or an unsecure property.

As the 16 days Against Gender-Based Violence comes to an end, we’d like to remind people experiencing domestic abuse that you’re not alone and there’s support available. If you’re a CHP customer, we can work with specialist organisations and other agencies to help you. (1/2)
Our specialist Tenancy Sustainment Team are here to support our customers including any reports of domestic abuse. One of our customers had been experiencing domestic abuse, which was only discovered when we were supporting them with another issue.
In the following months, the customer shared how the support of our team had created an environment where they could thrive.
