The CHS annual Christmas Trivia quizzed students on All Things Christmas (music, movies, books, traditions) The D & D team was the winner getting all the questions correct! Congratulations!

Carol Mitchell won overall, GG Grigsby won best thematic interpretation, and Miyu Torisu won most mouth-watering. AND there were a LOT of other yummy creations (One Fish, Two Fish, Beauty and the Beast, and many goodies from Harry Potter series.

The EDIBLE BOOK FESTIVAL was a huge success with 13 entries in the competition and 27 participants to sample the creative cakes and cupcakes.

8th annual Trick or Trivia will take place Thursday, October 25 @ 10:00 AM in the CHS library. Sign up or show up. The first 40 participants to arrive will receive a set of vampire teeth. The cost is FREE.

The 5th annual Scavenger Hunt was a HUGE success. 8 teams competed, with the MIGOS emerging as this year's champions. Congratulations!

The CHS Library has begun the 2nd Makerspace Challenge. This time the challenge is to create a CREATURE. Any kind of creature will do. See Mrs. Frerking or Mrs. Ing in the library for suggestions.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! The Volunteer Reading Club will begin pre-selling tickets on Monday, February 5 during lunch for GiGi's Brain-Freeze Ice Cream. The truck will be here Friday, February 9 to deliver the goods during lunch. Prices range $1-$3.

Fantastic time at the Christmas Trivia today. The winners were the Gangsta Deer. They knew the Grinch was as cuddly as a cactus and Alvin the Chipmunk wanted a hula hoop for Christmas. Congratulations!
