Preseason track & field conditioning will begin NEXT Monday (11/16) from 4:15-5:30. Workouts will be on Mon, Tues, and Thurs. and you could receive a free t-shirt just from attending a few sessions. Workouts are optional but the fun isn't!🥳😊
