I am receiving a disturbing amount of emails from teachers in the DDSB. They're afraid to speak out. I don't want to put any teacher at risk of reprimand or worse but banning The Great Bear is the tip of the iceberg. Itโs unconscionable conduct by supposed leaders. /1
Excited for this to arrive in time for some March break reading. Looking forward to discussing this with @wrdsb colleagues! @apples4theteach@MrsO_bekind
Enjoying my first course in the @QueensEduc PME program! This last module had us create our curriculum philosophy, so thought I'd give it a share here! (I love @canva!) #lifelonglearner

What if our rubrics were wheels instead of linear progressions that give the impression of learning coming to an end? A colleague brought me this idea and I canโt stop thinking about it.

Gr 3/4 @wrdsb Ss are hooked on coding! Itโs been so great to see such high engagement!
(Happy I was able to remember some of your #Beebot ideas @MsKash22!)
We are honoured to have local anti-racism educator @selamdebs as a guest writer on our children's blog this month. Selam shares with us the importance of talking to children about anti-racism and Black liberation. Read the full post here: https://t.co/NYZuu94jbi

@MrsLAbel2021 @silwrdsb @ms_cmiranda Thanks for sharing! I thought I'd pass along this folder of posters that was shared by the Black Teachers Association of Alberta on Instagram. They've shared an entire folder with posters of influential Black Canadians
