@the_CoachTC One sign of a great coach is the willingness to admit they can always learn more; to seek out and listen to advice and help from older or more experienced coaches. This man does that in his quest to help his athletes reach their fullest potential. Great job Coach!

@Shakesha_@usedgov Nope, not according to their call center and the application. You MUST BE EMPLOYED FULL TIME by qualifying agency at time of application.
@mrc9586 @usedgov Don’t listen to haters. We know what we’ve been told for years. I called every time changed…always told “no your loan doesn’t qualify.” Now it’s right on the application. Still I called two times, “No you can’t even apply.” So I will keep paying while less deserving get forgiven
@MarvinAngelia@tammurz@usedgov Maybe if teachers were paid a bit more and didn’t invest so much of what they do make into other peoples kids by providing things and supplies for classrooms, lunches for kids with no lunch, clothes and shoes for kids without, etc, I would have. Not the point though…
@MarvinAngelia@usedgov I agree. BUT if it’s offered, why shouldn’t taxpayers take advantage of it? When filing taxes, a break is given for every child one has. YOU had that child, you knew you had to pay for it… why should you get a break? Because they offer it!
@tammurz@usedgov No not entitled. Just willing to accept help when it is offered. AND willing to point out when something is not quite right. When you buy a lottery ticket, you do so knowing you will probably lose your money… BUT if you win do you give it back so no one will call you entitled?
@Monroero@usedgov I did, I even called. The application states you must currently be employed by qualifying entity. When I called (twice) I was told that is correct.
@DeAnna17496531@usedgov 1. You can’t work for a TRS entity for a year after retirement… so no.
2. I don’t even live there anymore.
3. Retired so shouldn’t have to reapply to qualify in the first place.
@usedgov Once again I fall through the cracks. Was just told even though I have 22 years Public School service and an additional 9 of private school and Head Start, I can’t apply for PSLF because I finally retired this year (still subbing) and no longer work at full time ps job 😢😠
