@Hyundai I appreciate your help. Spoke to my case manager today. Didn't realize there was nothing left for him to do since the dealerships are privately owned. Do you know who the General Manager or owner is of South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream, NY?
Now my Hyundai Customer Service case manager is not responding to emails! Sent at least 4 and nothing, nada, zip! He is complacent in the way South Shore Hyundai has treated me. Where is the accountability? The company has really gone downhill! @Hyundai@SouthShoreHynd
@Hyundai Filed a complaint. They have ignored attempts from case manager to get in touch with them. And he seems ok with that. Where do I go from here? Who is above the case manager? I want consequences for their actions. This has been going on for a month already.

It's very telling when a dealership doesn't respond to a case manager from Customer Service within their own Hyundai company. Imagine how they treat actual customers! Monae & Damion from South Shore Hyundai are the worst! @Hyundai@SouthShoreHynd

@Hyundai I have and sadly my case manager has done nothing either. Went to dealership in person yesterday and they outright lied about the entire process. I will NEVER bring my car there again. They are unprofessional, nasty and rude. And liars! Next step is 7 on your side.
Hyundai in VS has horrible customer service! Trying to get a remote start reinstalled after they removed it fixing my car in May. They continue to give me the run around since Nov. 25. They need to contact my insurance & give them an estimate. @JohnStaluppi@Hyundai
@MrsGaddy1 We are truly blessed to have such generous families at WLB. The kids worked so hard organizing the boxes to be donated and were happy to be making a difference in people's lives.
