This will have one of the biggest impacts on your success in life, in health, in fitness, in business, in anything!
Your key to success (and as well as failure, unfortunately) is determined by what you choose to do over and over again ... choose wisely!
Many of us have started new projects, new jobs, new school years, etc. It always seems like a grind when we get started on something big, but we gotta push through that initial 'overwhelmed' feeling so that we can reap the benefits of our hard work.
Let's get going!
In terms of pet peeves: New clients who start questioning the efficacy of program before they’ve even started it ranks right up there.
It’s wedged in there between Coldplay and stepping on a rusty nail.
With slumped and rounded postures, there is no wonder why many of us have neck and back problems. This video shows you the positions to stay out of, as well as the positions to maintain for a healthy neck and back.

Resilient people have 3 main qualities:
1) They coolly accept the harsh realities facing them.
2) They find meaning in terrible times.
3) They have an uncanny ability to improvise, making due with whatever is at hand.
@AndreiC69_@arielhelwani I think you need to rewatch the fight. Yes, fluid on his right pec, but NOT on his left. Actually, it's quite clear that it is ONLY his right pec.
Each one of us is working hard to improve something (a grade, a project, a job, a sport, a businesses, a skill, a relationship, etc).
Still, progress, whether slow or fast, is the key! As we begin this week, let's make sure that we keep moving in the right direction.
Our bodies are designed for movement. Yes, we need to pay bills and feed our families and many of our jobs require sitting for long periods.
Still, at some point during the day or week, let's use this marvelous machine the way it was intended to be used!

We all have goals to chase and plans to bring into reality. Let's stay focused as we begin this week - focused on things that will improve our health, our relationships, our careers, and our finances.
Have a great Monday and an excellent week!

@BufferCoat @marc_raimondi Well, in that case, I guess we can call Khabib, Hermanson, Blaydes, and a few others "dry humpers."
Usman was doing a ton of work - shoulder shots, strikes to the thigh, body shots, knees. Only an idiot (or casual) would think he was just leaning against the fence.
@Elli666777 @marc_raimondi To the casual fan it would seem like Usman was just leaning against the fence. Usman was doing a TON of work - shoulder shots, body shots, knees, strikes to the thigh, etc.
Also, if you look at his ENTIRE body of work, you'll see that each fight is a little different.
@VickVinegar_99@ChuckMindenhall I'm not sure that you really have to be concerned. Go back and watch ALL of Usman's fights. They are NOT all the same. Yes, he has a wrestling-heavy style, but he adapts for different opponents. I'm basing my opinion on his full body of work, not just on tonight's fight.
@McLean_Deluxe@ChuckMindenhall To the casual fan it would seem like Usman was just leaning against the fence. Usman was doing a TON of work - shoulder shots, body shots, knees, strikes to the thigh, etc.
@Priest_Draws @marc_raimondi Usman didn't "hug" Colby Covington and Usman's stand-up (while not special by any means) is better than Khabib's.
No one's opinion is wrong here. We all see things differently and we see things the way that we want to.
@McLean_Deluxe George and Usman did have different wrestling styles, but it doesn't seem to matter ... with both men, people are going to think and say whatever they feel (both men have been called "boring").
I acknowledge that no one's opinion is wrong. We all see things our own way.
