Tickle vs Giggle.

Many women have tweeted out already about this, but here's a summary as I understand it from across the pond.

Sall Grover founded Giggle for Girls, a social app created as a safe, women only space. When a biological male identifying as a woman (Roxanne Tickle) joined and was later removed, he then sued for gender identity discrimination under Australia's Sex Discrimination Act.

In 2024, the Federal Court ruled in Tickle's favour, declaring "sex is changeable" and ordering Grover to pay damages plus costs.

Sall then appealed.

The Full Court delivers its judgment tomorrow (15 May 2026).

Many of us have warned the original decision erodes sex based protections for single sex spaces, with massive implications for privacy, safety and fairness across the West.

This is a defining test of biology versus self-ID and I have everything crossed for her 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

It's outrageous that she's spent 5 years fighting for what EVERYONE knows to be true.

Men aren't women.
