The latest tool in my accidental-self-hypnosis-while-editing arsenal, this tomato hornworm was an honorable mention in the "Cozy" @_Pwnisher_ server challenge a week ago and I love it. Credit to @erindale_xyz for the knit stitch mapping math and inspiration via #b3d tutorial.
Alright, one last post to say you can find me on Tumblr now. That's where my wips and quips will primarily reside; it's also currently home of the url I got years ago, so direct link is: https://t.co/al4QWGJeHZ (If that doesn't work later, just look for me; same name. 💚)
I pinged this yesterday, but in light of today's news: https://t.co/TXQIzNHuEH is great for searching people's bios/pins for outbound elephant links they may have posted while it was still allowed and forming a list for easy import. I don't know of a tool for other options.
@banditelli @TwitterSupport (dot dot dot) Bye, friends. Find me somewhere. I just posted a project two other (✨ mysterious ✨) places that would've fit well here; but seeing as I didn't even consider tweeting it, guess that's a good sign I'm not here anymore. I'll go remove the bird from [redacted] pages.
I'm not planning to delete anything or stop posting here while it continues to exist, but in case this ship goes down permanently you may notice a new link in my tree to @[email protected] -- it's kinda fun over there! A Tumblr may soon power up, too. #mastodonmigration
Finished the focal animation on stream yesterday! But oh no, now I have to actually commit to my environment choices. #b3d#blenderanimation#movingmeditations
Decided to play with mocap animations and join #movingmeditations with a touch over two weeks to go! Chose character designs and rigged a dino to the human data yesterday; sketched in this very accurate and precise animatic today! Ready for block-ins.
We're in the middle of several animation steps here, and a lot of the last two months' (?!) work isn't on screen yet, but behold! My first test render since re-rigging and re-texturing the characters. Starting over is giving the promised good results! I'd just like them faster.
@yay_peppermint I think yes; I've definitely seen and reblogged cute products for sale, with my thoughts only for the cute art but getting it in front of other people who might be in the market for (stickers/bags/stationary etc). And it's totally expected to have support links under your art.
@yay_peppermint At least, for me, I would want one so I could make the snark and reblog the cool things alongside an occasional self-promo post, while letting people who just want my art follow the main account. Some general tips I saw recently here: https://t.co/BkEb0ESrLC
@yay_peppermint Not in 280chars.😅I'm not using it for my work yet but: it's a wonderfully personalize-able platform and most users have their settings so that they have to be seeking out new content to find it unless it's reblogged by someone they follow. So side blogs are good for networking.
Taking this #ldjam ultra casually, but at the end of the first night I have already done the most important part. Which is, as we all know (say it with me): calculating the wind chill of an average night on Mars.
@medli20 Too real! I finally started squishing an idea into script form last NaNo, and I'm still in the rough outline with massive plot holes for the first arc--but the hypothetical third and final arc with all the pay off? I can see the blocking and hear the dialogue.
@IsaacOrloff I mostly end up falling in love with characters, details, and movement so I'm coming up a little dry here, too. But @coldesign_ltd , @FromHappyRock , and @shingworks all amaze me with their visual world-building. (And I thankfully have a few more in the 3D sphere these days.)
As a haphazard packer for whom meds sometimes go in the same bag as the sewing kit, and for whom a pill bottle full of straight pins with plastic heads sounds "about right," I remain grateful for my eyesight this morning. #tabletsnotstablets
Only a few days left to fund the (orchestration and) investigation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's murder in The Case of the Greater Gatsby! Shipwrecked have worked wonders with their previous projects, these characters are gold, and an audio format will let them elicit even more magic.
With only 5 days left in our #figandford campaign, it’s time to reveal our stretch goals! Don’t you want an extra, Dash-centered episode? Or a real Vivian show you can attend? Or an entire Vivian album?? Will we finally solve the Black Dahlia murder?!

@apocalynds Don't recall who @'d you, but it was definitely your current pinned post about concept art not being the same as marketing materials that ensured a follow; frequently need that reminder that function is greater than beauty when it's about problem solving, not my art failing.
