@YoungProfD9 PPEs are good but they only capture a very specific point in time. I think other surveys like fear of avoidance, or coping technique inventory would help more in these cases. #AskAYP
@YoungProfD9 Periodically treat your mentor to a breakfast, coffee, lunch, or dinner. That time with a good mentor can be such an investment to your life #AskAYP
@YoungProfD9 This will probably sound so silly but it has worked for me:
Don't make working lunches the norm. Actually take time out to eat in peace, taste your food, and enjoy the 20-30 minutes away from other responsibilities.

@YoungProfD9 For me its always conflict/unexpected situations. The medicine is the easy part. But dealing with a "wrench in the road" and having it take time from normal responsibilities affects my work-life balance. Especially cause its those situations that you think about at home.

@YoungProfD9 @ATCollaborative First, encourage them to complete professional responsibilities (ie. NPI registration, advocacy of the professionals/profession, etc.)
Second, encourage them to read the orgs content and stay connected.
Third, introduce them to the leaders within the organization.

@YoungProfD9 Yes. It's definitely possible. One thing I try and remind myself is that its okay to put down a responsibility and pick it up again later. There is no need to juggle all of them at all times. #AskAYP
