Good morning @AmazonHelp following on from Friday we still have NO RESOLVE or reply from any of the @amazon contacts you gave us & therefore no business. Please let us have a telephone number urgently to get this sorted ASAP #help
So @amazon we have been waiting since Friday to get replies to our emails from seller performance team and getting different reasons from every contact #help
@AmazonHelp We haven’t had any contact from yourselves but the message when we try to log in says “We have detected unusual activity in your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance. “ which we can’t do as you phone lines are shut
Hi @AmazonHelp you have sent us a link to contact seller support BUT it needs us to be signed into our account which you have suspended so we can’t sign in. Please advise ASAP
@AmazonHelp I assume this is an automatic reply. We have already asked a question about how we can resolve a serious issue with our seller account ASAP
Our seller account has been suspended because you saw some suspicious activity. We didn’t see anything & now we have no way of finding out what’s going on ax we can’t raise a ticket because our account is locked.
