Its extremely important to take time to get to know the likes and dislikes of your students. Have meaningful conversations on their goals and make sure they know that you care. #EDpiper

As a person who used to be quiet, I feel it’s important to build relationships one on one all the students so you know more about them and they can be comfortable with you to speak. #EDpiper

As a college student, I do agree the apathy is a problem in classrooms and I understand where it could be hard for teachers to try to make lectures or classes interesting. But at the end of the day its finding ways to inspire students and addressing each learning style. #EDpiper
