@AnonymousHog@ar_outlaw@TransferPortal@JohnNaborsShow I’m not saying this in a sour grapes way but you’re wrong. Maybe y’all will get more out of him than we saw the last two years. No one I know of wishes ill will for him but no one is losing sleep over his departure. Good luck to him.
A doorbell camera captures two Soldiers—one a battle-hardened Sergeant Major, the other an officer—standing at a family’s door in full dress uniform. They wait with quiet dignity, heads up, eyes steady. The weight of what they’re there to do is written on their faces.
They’re not delivering good news.
As we approach Memorial Day, it’s easy to post flags and barbecues. But this is the real cost. Since our nation’s founding, as many as 1.4 million American service members have made the ultimate sacrifice—fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters—who never came home.
Every Gold Star family knows that knock. Every folded flag, every name on a wall, every empty seat at the table carries a story of love, duty, and unbearable loss.
Tonight I’m praying for every family who’s ever answered that door. For every name we must never forget. And for the brave men and women in uniform who still carry the hardest mission of all: telling a family their hero is gone.
We owe them everything.
Freedom isn’t free. It’s given by the blood of patriotic heroes.
Was told by an official with another team the night #Cardinals drafted him that Tanner Franklin had the highest ceiling of any pitcher taken at that point — and that it just took a team willing to let him grow as a starter. Enter #stlcards.
And, here goes:
In one of the most anticipated debuts of the era, Ken Griffey Jr. played in his first @Mariners game #OTD in 1989.
The 19-year old doubled in his first at-bat, launching a journey that would take him to Cooperstown. https://t.co/34SOJHlSGA
AL WILSON WAS ONE OF THE SCARIEST PLAYERS TO EVER PLAY THE GAME OF FOOTBALL.

If Jackson Flora didn’t exist, Tegan Kuhns might be getting a lot more attention. Been very impressed with some of the shapes he’s creating. Untapped upside from an approach perspective I think. Excellent projection. Looks like a first round pick to me.
NEW: Urban Meyer on Nico Iamaleava's departure:
“Tennessee is screwed. They got a problem.
...Everybody’s saying, ‘Nice job Tennessee, making a stand.’ I’ve got a little comment on that. Tennessee plays Florida usually every year in October.
Can you imagine that game’s going the other way and coach Heupel grabs the microphone and stands on the 50-yard line in Neyland Stadium and says, ‘It’s OK, I made a stand way back when.'”

SCOOP: New @Vol_Baseball coach Josh Elander already making big moves, as I’m told @GatorsBB interim head coach and top assistant Chuck Jeroloman is headed to Knoxville as the top assistant and recruiting coordinator for the #Vols. Jeroloman spent the last six seasons as the AHC at UF. #VFL
Super happy for Josh Elander.
He was a standout player at #TCU -- he learned under Vitello, Dave Van Horn and Jim Schlossnagle, and he has most certainly earned the @Vol_Baseball job.
Awesome person/recruiter/coach.
Giddy up.
@Buster_ESPN I’m interested in winning the Powerball. No one cares and no one cares about Curt Schilling. Criminal that @josh_elander doesn’t have a contract in front of him to sign yet.
