Who stated that updating my name per the policy of Root requires a policy review. Can anyone help me understand this?

I requested the documents in writing and she failed to provide them. I have not read in my policy where a name change requires a policy review. Nor can she provide the documents that identify this policy. Also she did say she was as high as I could go.

@LQ I have traveled as many have much & often! My experience at ur hotel July 3rd-5th in Perry, GA was 1 of the worst!

The rooms were dirty & unkept. The sec from some staff requires either they are retrained or replaced. There were semen stains & human & dog hair everywhere!
