I’d feel so insecure shopping in public r going to the grocery store in a motorized cart. I workout everyday, weigh 175lbs I’m 5’9. I’m cut. I’m not making fun of anyone, but I have a body dysmorphia complex that won’t allow me to just let myself go like that. Some of these people would probably give the shirt off their back for someone but it is so unattractive to the opposite sex. God bless them, just lose some weight. If these guys literally ate from a calorie deficiency for two months & lost 500 calories a day on a simple treadmill, they would see a pretty good change in their wellbeing. But it’s actually doing it is the task?🫣🫩
