@BorjomiDrinker I got my license at 16 in Florida in 2017, I NEVER followed the "no one else allowed in your vehicle" bullshit I had friends and we had places to be and go. Got pulled over once and the cop asked why I had people I was like wdym? I have my license? He called my dad and let me go.
