I've never been particularly shy about my dislike of Bell's "customer service" but I do endorse the message of #bellletstalk. Virtually every family in Canada will, at some point, see someone face a mental health issue, illness or crisis. It's not something to be ashamed of.

You are not considered "weak" for being diagnosed with cancer, heart disease, or any other illness. Nor does it make you weak to be diagnosed with a mental illness.
