What you eat and how much you drink this week will have an impact.

Student athletes need to be fueling and hydrating ALL DAY EVERY DAY!
And if you have breathing issues such as asthma please bring your inhalers.

Since school is canceled today, there weight room is closed to all off and pre season teams. In season teams check with your coach. Stay warm and see ya Monday!
Before fall sports wrap up I’d like to take a second to recognize the hard work of all of our fall teams in the weight room. Our best weight room attendance this summer has been a major level up!
