Some of Y2 trialled an exciting new Computing trip this morning! We visited the Apple store and learnt about photography on the iPhone. 🤳🏼

Our final portraits were shown on a huge screen, it was so fun to share our creative ideas! We learnt lots about iPhone photography - can’t wait to try at home! 📱

We also got to meet and feed lots of different animals around @mudchute.

Very exciting trip to Mudchute Farm with @sfmtweet. We put on a special suit and got up close to lots of bees!

These bee suits are amazing, they kept us safe when meeting the bees. But we found that the bees were very calm and mostly interested in making honey.

Yesterday, Cherry Tree Class visited Hyde Park and The Princess Diana Memorial Playground. We were following clues to search for pirate treasure linked to our pirate topic in English. We’ll be writing a recount of our adventures soon!

A sneak peak at today’s sports day action! @CJ_Year1, @CJ_ComGrp and Year 2 did amazingly well - cheering, team spirit and 110% effort from all! We are busy counting the scores and adding the spirit points… Who do you think will win? 🥇

We are exploring micro-habitats in Science. We investigated which mini beasts might live in different areas. We looked under rocks, around logs and under leaves. What creatures can you spot? 🐜

Exciting week in Maths, we have been collecting our own data and presenting it using pictograms and block diagrams. We got to share our findings and talk about conclusions. We found that PE and Art were our favourite subjects! 🤩
