@northernassist Fully appreciate the need for train maintenance - are you able to make sure the northern app shows this when booking a ticket to allow people to plan ahead as it doesn’t show you this when you book the ticket for that service or on the live tracking feature in the app

@northernassist Hi @northernassist - the IRL to MCO 7.56 turned up as 3 carriages (half what it should be) so didn’t let anyone on as it was full…. There also wasn’t any update on the app this would be the case, how come it was half what it should be?
