@Xperteaze4@adjustleft@lanecart07 “Paxton won’t debate” is dishonest. He’s said he’ll debate Talarico. The dispute is over the terms and format—not whether he’ll get on a stage.
@SJB232@adjustleft@lanecart07 I don’t need to write you a campaign platform to explain my vote. If you actually want to know Paxton’s policies, look them up yourself. I’m not interested in arguing politics with someone who’s already decided what they believe.
@adjustleft@SJB232@lanecart07 You asked for one and I gave that to you lol and backed every question you asked. But i know you think you killed it. Good job
@adjustleft@SJB232@lanecart07 You’ve clearly made up your mind, so there’s really nothing left to discuss. Believe whatever you want—I’m done going in circles over it. Take care.
@Reeferologist_@CarrejoDominic You've got your facts mixed up. If you are saying it’s trumps fault. The owner changed the name to protect his sponsor money during the 2020 protests. Trump has repeatedly trashed the 'Commanders' name and even threatened to block a stadium deal if they don't change it back
@SJB232@adjustleft@lanecart07 Debates are fine, but pretending Paxton not debating makes him unqualified is ridiculous. You can look up his record and policies without a TV debate. If Talarico is the better candidate, argue his record instead of obsessing over a debate schedule.
@adjustleft@lanecart07 The Texas Legislature’s own records show his insulin bill was HB 40, while the $25 cap that became law was SB 827.
So let’s actually compare records instead of campaign talking points.
@adjustleft@lanecart07 You asked for one positive policy, I gave you one, and now you’re writing a fucking dissertation to move the goalposts. 😂 If you want to debate policies, fine—but don’t pretend Talarico personally passed everything you listed.
@Sportyster@War95661Michael@amanobviously My point was already proven a while ago. I’m going to go ahead and jump out of this conversation now, but feel free to think you won! 😂
@adjustleft@lanecart07 The One Big Beautiful Bill—tax relief, no federal tax on tips and overtime, and an expanded Child Tax Credit. You can hate Trump, but claiming he’s done nothing positive is simply false. And Paxton supporting Trump doesn’t make Talarico’s policies better. Debate the candidates.
@adjustleft@lanecart07 😂 “MAGA hates brown people and steals money” isn’t policy—it’s bullshit rhetoric. If Talarico’s policies are so great, name them, defend them, and show the numbers. Otherwise, you’re not debating policy—you’re just repeating talking points and pretending you won.
@adjustleft@lanecart07 😂 Agreeing with Talarico’s politics doesn’t make him a saint. Paxton’s record is debatable, but Talarico isn’t above criticism. Debate policies and results—not character assassination or guilt by association.
@noreasonbutinfo@Sportyster@amanobviously I’m not nervous at all. I stand by every comment I made. Don’t believe me? Fact-check everything I said. I’m confident the facts will speak for themselves.
@Sportyster@amanobviously Exactly i said presidents change the names of things. I didn’t say every president has renamed an international body of water or put their own name on a federal building. You’re taking a broad statement and turning it into a claim I never made. So again you are still wrong...
@LovesCheese1@RonShiley@MarkJCarney He criticized the quality of the oil, not necessarily its value as a resource or whether a deal involving it could benefit the U.S. Those are two different things.
