Very bad service @RelianceDigital After many complaints,a technician visits and says the washing machine's drum set needs to be replaced, but I don't know when it will be replaced. I've complained repeatedly since then, and there's been no response. Next is the Consumer Court.

If you can't provide service by the stated service date, you should at least provide customer information. Otherwise, what's the point of providing a service date? When you call your customer, they have no information about it.
