One thing keeping me sane during this lockdown is #PEWithJoe - Every morning with my 1 year old! 🤪😜
So good for lifting the spirits for the day. Also feeling fitter than before my pregnancy. It's amazing what you're doing @thebodycoach - keep it up and I will too! 🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🥊⛷
