@SpiritAirlines@itscjonair Thanks @itsMeanJean. @SpiritAirlines sold me something that can’t be used. They insist it’s not a “duplicate.” I don’t care about the terminology but they shouldn’t be allowed to sell me something I can’t use when they can do something about fixing it.

You should either prevent duplicate bookings, but if you prefer to collect the money for them, you should allow changes without fees for them. Otherwise you’re selling something/ taking money for something that can’t be used. Shame on you! No one should fly @SpiritAirlines.
@SpiritAirlines you did not resolve my issue on Twitter, on the phone, or through your chat. You took money for 2 tickets per person for the same flight. You sold something that can’t be used. You won’t help resolve it without fees. You should be sued for a fraudulent practice.

I’ve never seen this happen before. DOJ makes a specific sentencing recommendation; the President publicly expresses displeasure; and now DOJ takes it back and apparently will seek a much lower sentence. Unprecedented and dangerous.
Yesterday, I sent a letter to AG Barr asking for answers after it was reported that Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, has been using a special channel to pass information to the DOJ for them to investigate.
