The hate you give book and movie was very emotional because it’s what you see when you turn on your television screens, it talked about being black in America the reasonings it was “banned was because of profanity and a bad image of the police”

My biggest take away from our big club was the gap between achievement gaps are insane. Also I learned that yelling at a kid is not the way to go get to know them more and talk to them more even if it’s hard. #Delpit #EDU351 @TamraDollar

That’s really significant because of the expanding of vocabulary.

A key take away was from chapter 2 page (31) how they did a study from a precessional family would hear about 11 million words during a year, but a child in welfare family would only hear just 3 million. #Edu351 #Delpit
