Going into my last day at @AISLusaka where I got to spend the week supporting their SEL work. The school is small but mighty, warm and welcoming. Will be hard to leave.
Rethinking our Experience Zambia @AISLusaka week with a focus on relationships, choice, ATLs, sustainability and action. Super grateful for the wonderful educators leading the process and those now joining in with an open mind and positivity!
Really like these! The wording is fantastic and brings to mind very important reminders. Think you would like them @nfschmidt @MrPontius @msjackiewhitney@CKellyTeach
Congratulations to our host nation Zambia. 58 years of Independence today! Zambia celebrates as One Zambia, One Nation. A special day of enthusiasm & pride, of solidarity & peace. Let's continue to go together in harmony as one, with one heart. Tiyende Pamodzi!
WorldFest! at #AISLusaka included the Parade of Nations, cultural activities & food festival with the theme, “We Come Together in Peace” with 60+ nationalities represented. Thanks to our amazing AISL PTA, parents, faculty & staff for a wonderful event! #AISLleopards#AISLLearns
"The most important thing we can do for each other is just to listen. If we have the bandwidth and time to just stop and listen to a colleague, that’s just such an important first step towards healing and wholeness." https://t.co/d2thnav8Ik
The #CIS self-study process helps us elicit feedback from all stakeholders. Our @AISLusaka support staff shared valuable insights- in English & Nyanja- re campus safety & child protection, our mission, and the ways we connect w our local community. @CKellyTeach @Dereks__son
