@BimalGST Is there any way to check, whether the GST has been discharged in Cash or by availing ITC by Supplier ? If they have discharged it by Fake ITC, hw buyer could know ?Now 43B also has came in force, if buyer want to hold the payment to bound his supplier for GSTR-1, thats not psble

As per this notice issued by CPCB, all the PIBOs are required to obtain the regn before 31.03.24 but CPCBwebsite is nt functioning since 01.03.24. w/o regn, all the PIBO suffering. We can't do Import and Mfg🙏@CPCB_OFFICIAL @nsitharaman @PMOlndia @cbic_india @AirportGenCus

In 2023, there are only 4 banks enabled at ICEGATE to make the custom duties payments. Do all importer/exporter can have bank accounts in only these banks and close the other bank accounts ?

Dear @cbic_india, There is not only PSU Bank by which custom duty is paid by Importer/Exporter. HDFC, AXIS, INDUSIND, KOTAK, IDBI are not there. We request you to please add other bank also like the old icegate portals. @PMOIndia @FinMinIndia Please help in #EaseofBusiness🙏🙏

Trying for a company incorporation. All the forms after available for download after submit except INC-34. SRN No. AA1486674. Problem is intact even after trying at different computers and browsers. @mca21india @helpdeskmca21v3

I had applied for the name approval vide SRN No. AA1523632 on 03.03.2023. After 12 days, still name not approved. On the one side, website not performing well and on the other side Name approval is taking too much time. @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3
